Paid a lot of money for a book for my sons birthday present.They printed something wrong in the book. Refused to acknowledge my complaint properly or rectify their mistake.Extremely poor customer service and I would not recommend them.I used to like them as a company and this was actually the 4th book I ordered from them and it will now be my last.**edit**They did eventually agree to reprint.Which has arrived today and appears to be ok
