I completed 3-4 tasks for Ipsos and completed all of them to a high quality, a mixture of remote telephone calls and in-person visits. Unfortunately, the vast majority, despite being highly detailed for the lacklustre reward provided, were sent back for edits they could have simply made or provided clearer instructions in the first place.The website is glitchy, terrible to use and feels low quality. I conducted one visit to which they provided false information and fully declined by shop, stating it was my fault and failing to pay up and cover my expenses. Numerous support contacts and nobody is willing to assist and the phone staff (when you can get through) simply can’t do anything hardly and all gets referred onto departments which I highly doubt exist as you never get a reply back or any communication at all.I’d stay well clear.
