SEND A BOX OF TISSUES, DONT ASK ABOUT THE PRICE, AND GIVE HONEST FEEDBACK.i DID AS REQUIRED THE PARCEL COMES BACK DAMAGED.tHEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR THE TISSUES, THE WRAPPING THE PETROL AND THEN REFUSE TO REIMBURSE I SPENT 8.95. AND GAVE HONEST FEEDBACK.OK THE QUESTIOONANIRE MAY NOT BE WHAT THEY WANTED BUT A SHOPPER SHOULD NEVER BE OUT OF POCKET OTHERWISE THEY WILL NEED TO PAY AN EXPENSE FEE FIRST.THE REASON FOR REFUSAL WHY THE BOX OF TISSUES WASNT THE SIZE THEY WANTED BY 2 CM . BUT THAT SIZE IS AN EXPENSIVE BOX WHICH THEY DONT REIMBURSE EITHER.i HAVE DONE OTHER SHOPS FOR THESE GUYS NO ISSUE, BUT NEVER EVER WILL I PAY UPFRONT FOR THEM TO NOT REIMBURSE OR THEY DONT LIKE THE FEEDBACK SO THEY DONT PASS IT TO THEIR CLIENT.SINCE I HAVE ESCALATED AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO REIMBURE IT LEAVES A SOUR TASTE , AS I COULD HAVE PAID A LOT MORE , EITHER THE CLIENT DOENT LIKE THE FEEDBACK OR THEY DONT WANT TO PASS IT UPSTAIRS.16/08 head of operations rings back awaiting their resolution Will put a header at the top as it s lessons learned when resolution completes
