Although there is still a UK contact number for shoppers to call for assistance, all calls are redirected to Prague in the Czech Republic, where staff are competent in the English language but do not know about regional dialects and that the same two words can mean different things if spoken in either London or Manchester. Surveys are easy to complete although I would be wary about picking up some of them where you are asked to pay up front first and get your costs back as expenses. Survey payments and reimbursements are also slow to be received and come now from Ireland.
