Our family booked an Umrah package through a representative, and we had a generally positive experience. They efficiently managed the visa process, transport, and hotel arrangements, and were always available to address our questions. We especially enjoyed the Makkah portion of the trip, and the recommended hotel was excellent in terms of location and comfort. However, there is room for improvement in the quality of the Madinah hotel. While the location was good, the room's condition did not meet our expectations. We provided feedback to help highlight areas for improvement. Overall, we appreciate the effort and support and hope this feedback enhances future packages.
