It was my first ever Umrah and I was going as a solo female traveller in the month of Ramadan. Ibtsaam has been incredibly helpful and patient with all my queries (multiple over many months) and has made the process seamless. I had an incredible time while I was there and that is largely due to everything being organised well by Ibstaam. He even managed to get me a much nicer hotel much closer to Masjid Nabawi for the second half. All queries were answered promptly and any issues were dealt with in a serious manner.
Also special shout out to Shahid who helped with rebooking flights out of Saudi Arabia once the airlines started cancelling them due to all the flights being grounded in the UAE. I was able to leave with ease and relatively little issue.
Will highly recommend the team at Islamic Travel UK particularly Ibstaam and Shahid for their dedication and prompt action. Inn'Sha'Allah we'll be using them again next time we all go to Umrah.
