I purchased a Genuine Defender windscreen seal, when I tried to fit it the part was a lot too big. I contacted Island who stated that they were stopping selling the genuine ones as they were getting too many returned. They asked that I package the part so that they could organise for DPD to collect. A month later when nothing had happened I emailed but got no response. I therefore opened a dispute through my Credit Card company which they have disputed stating that it is my responsibility to get it to them, this is despite agreeing that they have had lots of problems with these seals and they would have it collected.
