I had a very disappointing experience with Island 4x4 (Kent) Ltd. I ordered a set of air suspension struts (Discovery 4), but it arrived damaged. The seller claimed the damage was due to prolonged storage and agreed to send replacement parts if I paid for the shipping costs, which I did via PayPal. However, the communication throughout this process was extremely poor.Despite several attempts to follow up I received no response confirming the shipment or providing an update on the delivery. They completely ignored my emails after payment was sent. This lack of response is unacceptable, especially after I followed all their instructions and paid promptly.Additionally, the seller claims that these parts are original BWI components. However, they have not provided any proof to substantiate these claims, which raises concerns about the authenticity and quality of the products they sell.Given this overall experience—damaged parts, lack of communication, and no proof of authenticity—I will never order from them again. I would advise others to be cautious when considering this seller. Very bad service.
