Ordered a genuine LR part and when it arrived it was already damaged. Sent them photos of it still in the bag and was told it would be collected and refunded. A week later it's still sat in my hallway and no response to emails from Island... terrible service. A competitor who I ordered parts from at the same time, supplied a replacement part before Island had even answered the first email. Just intent on holding onto your money. Now the 23rd July, part was collected on 8th July and STILL NO REFUND. This just seems like a total scam to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO GET WHAT YOU ORDERED.
