Let's start with the "luxury" aspect. The cabin looked less like a modern, bespoke flying experience and more like a poorly maintained hotel lobby from 1998. The leather seats—which I'm fairly certain were purchased in bulk from an office supply liquidation—were as comfortable as a park bench covered in saran wrap. I spent the entire flight shifting around, trying to find a position that didn't leave a permanent crick in my neck. And the lighting! It was a ghastly, flickering, institutional yellow that made everyone look vaguely unwell. I've had better mood lighting in a hospital waiting room. I'm giving 2 stars for the service from the pilot. He himself gave us the upmost care.
