I selected this clinic for a hair transplant of 4,500 grafts based on their pre-payment assurances. I was repeatedly informed that I had sufficient donor supply during the online consultation and again at the hotel before the procedure. However, after payment, the promised number of grafts dropped drastically to around 1,800, and the actual number implanted seems to be even lower (600-1000). The surgical environment raised serious concerns regarding safety and hygiene. The operating room was outdated and poorly maintained. Windows were left open during the procedure, compromising sterile conditions. There were instances of people smoking in the hallway, allowing smoke into the surgical area. Additionally, I faced multiple interruptions as staff entered the room during the procedure. I was not offered food or water, and some equipment appeared unclean. Despite assurances of a doctor's presence, none supervised the procedure. My interpreter left immediately after payment, and when I inquired about the clinic's location compared to what was shown during the consultation, I received a misleading explanation. Communication was minimal after that. The graft count was only shared post-procedure, and no updates were provided during surgery, leading to a lack of transparency. When I questioned the graft discrepancy, I was told my donor area was inadequate, but a follow-up consultation revealed I had 1,600-2,000 grafts still available, indicating dishonesty from the clinic. Given my experience, I cannot endorse this clinic. The lack of transparency, poor hygiene, inadequate communication, and questionable surgical practices are concerning. I highly advise anyone considering a hair transplant to select a clinic that emphasizes safety, professionalism, and honesty.
