I chose this clinic for a hair transplant of 4,500 grafts based on the assurances I received before payment. I was informed multiple times about having ample donor supply during the consultation and again at the hotel prior to the procedure. However, after payment, the promised graft count drastically dropped to around 1,800, and it seems even fewer were actually implanted (600-1000). The surgical environment raised serious safety and hygiene concerns. The operating room was outdated and poorly maintained, with windows left open during the procedure, compromising sterile conditions. There were people smoking nearby, and multiple interruptions occurred during the procedure. I was not offered food or water, and some equipment appeared unclean. Despite being told a doctor would be present, none supervised the procedure. My interpreter left right after payment, and communication was minimal afterward. The graft count was only provided after the procedure, with no updates during surgery, leading to a lack of transparency. When I questioned the graft discrepancy, I was told my donor area was insufficient, but another doctor later confirmed I still had grafts available, indicating dishonesty from the clinic. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic due to their lack of transparency, poor hygiene standards, inadequate communication, and questionable surgical practices.
