On the day of the procedure, the hospital was clean and well-organized. The representative provided excellent support, especially when I felt anxious. The staff was friendly and made an effort to communicate despite language barriers. While the first few days were uncomfortable, they consistently checked on my well-being, which I greatly appreciated.
