My experience with Chi Academy was extremely negative and raises serious legal concerns!After successfully passing the selection process for the pre-internship course .NET Developer, I actively attended lectures, completed homework assignments, and invested my time and effort into studying. However, after several weeks, I was suddenly informed that I had been expelled from the course.The reason – my employment as an HR specialist at another IT company. They explained this by citing a so-called “conflict of interest” and the risk of “external hiring.”There were no warnings or restrictions regarding my HR profession during the application process or selection stages.Moreover, I had signed an official service agreement, clearly outlining the responsibilities of both parties, the course program, and the schedule.Chi Academy’s unilateral refusal to fulfill its obligations without any legal grounds is a direct violation of the contract terms and my rights as a customer.I would also like to emphasize: • I did not sign any NDA, non-compete agreement, or other legally binding documents that could justify such a decision. • The entire reason for my expulsion is an internal decision made by the academy, with no legal basis.I consider this a gross violation of consumer rights and discrimination based on professional background.Chi Academy demonstrates complete non-transparency, lack of legal responsibility, and disrespect towards course participants.I strongly do not recommend wasting your time and money on this organization.If you value your rights – stay away from this place.
