My son is doing a distance learning course with IT Academy. He paid his course in IT Engineering cash. 1st he haid to wait 2 months before he received his 1st books, Secondly after an assignment was submitted he waited 4 weeks before he received the results. He has asked them on numerous occasions for all the course material (that was paid in cash for the total course), but they keep saying he has to submit a form requesting his new study material, but after 15 days (when request form was submitted) he still did not receive anything, he submitted the form again. It has now been a month after he first submitted the form and still have not received any books. I just want to say that IT Academy has made this whole further education endeavour the most stressful and worst experience of his life.
