I ordered a razor, which for some reason was returned to RazoRock by Customs when it arrived in my country.I informed RazoRock's of the situation, and they verified on the shipment tracking page that I hadn't received the package and that it was on its way back to them.Even so, RazoRock refused to send me a new razor or refund my money while the package was in transit back to them, which would take several weeks due to Covid. After a long back-and-forth mail argument with their extremely rude and unprofessional customer service about how unreasonable this is of them, I was told that a refund had been made, but that it would take several weeks for me to receive the money because it was an international payment. This is a lie of course, as a refund will go through as quickly a payment.3 weeks later I still hadn't received the refund, so I emailed them again, demanding they send me a receipt of the refund they had allegedly made several weeks earlier. They replied with a receipt, without any explanation. The following the day the money was in my account. In other words, they lied to me when they initially told me that they had refunded my money.Don't give them your money. You have been warned.
