Paid ₹17,000 for boots after confirming all details with their team, but received an incorrect product. After returning it, the company has done nothing but delay, give false assurances, and avoid giving any clear timeline.
Multiple commitments were made and not honored. There has been no proper communication, no accountability, and now even refund requests are being ignored.
The actual product and service quality are nowhere close to what is portrayed on their website. For a brand that promotes itself as premium and showcases high-end designs, they are clearly unable to deliver what they promise.
This has been a complete waste of time and money.
