I have 2 elderly grandparents that have been costumers for 3ish years and that are in a poor cell service and they require there landline to be working thay have been without no broadband and landline since the 26th of feb my self and my granddad have been on the phone trying to get it resolved and every time we have been told something different that’s after being on hold for over 2 hours just trying to speak with someone and after you do talk to them they put you on hold again for god knows how long. I phoned last Tuesday the 3rd of march and was tiled they will be fully back online by the Thursday:/ Friday then someone from there team was trying to bleam that it was something to do inside the house witch I know is not the case as I checked every wire and connection points in the house and italk wanted to send out an an engineer that was going to starting from £150 not spending that type of money an engineer to say there is nothing wrong in the house.
