After two Years my contract run out and internet stop working . I never canceled just want to keep rolling existing deal. They say i need upgrade for more money other way my internet will be not work. When i say i dont want new contract and want cancel, in two seconnds they say can fix internet . Whithout any info they pick up price 15£/month.
I leave in country side, thy internet is only2Mbs but i get no choice . Waiting for B4rn to conect fibre optic but still need internet up to that time. Now im 3 weekes without internet and whithout any help, and again they cant fix my problem unless i start new contract.
That company are scamming people.
Many brake downs for weeks whithout any support.
