In the showroom, Nathan and the staff are extremely knowledgeable of the operation and construction of the furniture and are always able to help us to make the right decision. The showroom is quite large and displays most of the furnishings available on the web site.
Once we have made a purchase we are kept appraised of availability and delivery dates of any special order and the staff is proactive in letting us know when a piece of particular interest becomes available or when a new design or innovation appears. On site, Steve and the delivery folks are friendly and helpful with any setup required in the home. When they are finished with the setup we are able to simply enjoy the furniture without any further fuss.
