Although I studied at my own pace, a tutor was assigned to help me whenever I needed. The program ensured the material provided was thoroughly absorbed, as there was an internal assessment after all the modules were completed. The customer service was outstanding, as I not once had an issue when contacting IT Career Switch for any queries I had. After gaining the qualification my employability mentor would provide me with various jobs to apply for every week, and also make internal arrangements with partners to get me an interview for jobs. I will continue with IT Career Switch as I need to gain the CompTIA Network+ and Security+ qualifications, to further enhance my career prospects. Yes you pay for the traineeship, but you really do get out of it, what you put into it.
