To date they have not disappointed at all. They have been increadibly thorough and super speedy with responses to any questions. I would like to thank one very amazing person by name (I hope this is OK), Janine Schoeman in Student Services has gone above and beyond in helping me with an enormous problem that I encounted during my studies. It's a very personal matter so I won't discuss it on here but I am absolutely astonished with how dedicated she has been to my particular case, I cannot thank her enough!
