IT Career Switch has helped me to transition to a career I have been looking at for a while. I have to give full credit to the company who helped me out with time extensions due to me having a truly horrible year last year and taking slightly longer than I would have wanted to complete the course. I have only 1 gripe and that’s the Windows MD courses. The instructor is slow and dull. This would have been a slight annoyance but when getting to the final tests on these courses I realised that at least half the contents of the test hadn’t even been mentioned by the instructor or if they had it was incredibly brief and not in enough detail to actually complete the test. I had to study myself for these tests. This issue was not present in the other courses which I found very engaging and informative. The recruitment process was also very stress free and I actually got a job within a few weeks from a company which my recruiter had contacted with my CV. In summary the course was informative and challenging in parts and the actual exam prep was brilliant. The customer care team was fantastic and very empathetic when they could have just told me that the time limit of a year was firm. I really appreciated that.
