Absolutely horrible support experience. I sent a message to the support email address in June 6th of 2025, and waited. After not getting a reply for a while, I sent a reply to my previous email asking for some kind of update on August 31st, and after not getting any sort of reaction once again, I reached out a second time on September 28th. Even after that, I got no reply what so ever. So on October 28th, I've decided to go to their community forums as a last resort, and post there.After my post went up, I got a reply within an hour or so, telling me they can't help at all, BUT on the forum side, my thread was immediately locked and hidden from public view, and a moderator simply told me that it is entirely my fault that I didn't receive a reply from the support team, because they couldn't help with my request, and I was breaking forum rules by posting about support not responding to me. And since my post was immediately locked, I had no way to respond to this moderator to voice my concern.So in short: If your support ticket can't be helped, you will likely never get an answer to it, and you'll be ignored forever.
