An issue not resolved

I've been running into an issue concerning several of my games not showing up in the search results. This issue began on August 10 and is still going on, even to this day. I suspect that some of my games have been de-indexed/delisted, without reason or warning, and I'm not sure why. I try to be as courteous as possible, I try to follow all the rules, I don't try to make trouble, and I try to be supportive of other devs, but for some reason, it seems that several of my games have been made invisible. The following games that have been affected are as follows: Stranded, Alone, The Mystery Of The Rebels, The Mystery Of The Rebels 2, The Mystery Of The Rebels 3, The Mystery Of The Rebels 4, 57, and Pre-Releases, which was the newest one that I had uploaded. This is disheartening, as the purpose for uploading the last mentioned game page was so people could try out the games that I had been working on, if they wanted to. I even added a prototype for one of my other games, but it's not even being seen because of this. It's also upsetting that an entire game series (The Mystery Of The Rebels series) and the teaser for it (57) has been made invisible. When typing in the titles specifically, they do not show up on the site. It's a mystery game series, and it has no nudity or anything like that. None of my games have that. I put so much work into that series, and for it to be made unseen is depressing. I've reached out several times regarding this matter and I have yet to see any response or to see it being resolved. Now, I know that they had fixed the issue for other people who have experienced this. Why can't they resolve it for me? I feel like they're ignoring my inquiries regarding the matter, and it makes me feel devalued as a creative, a game developer, and as an individual. I put a lot of work into my projects, and just because they're not like everyone else's, doesn't mean that they shouldn't be seen. There is nothing suggestive in these games and there is no NSFW content of any kind in these games whatsoever, especially Stranded, which is actually suitable for general audiences, and yet, it's been made unseen to the public. Today, I decided to post a dev log about Stranded, and it did not show up on the dev log page on the site. I feel that my games are being hidden unjustly without reason or warning, and I want it fixed. Now, this is at least the third time that I've inquired about this. All I get is an automated response. It truly makes me feel devalued as an individual.
