Used to be a fan of them now they are messed up ordered 3 things on Friday at 12am got to Monday about 8am sent a message to say that one of the items would leave the store before maintenance would finish, they only acknowledged that items would be delivered after maintenance finished which still hasn’t been delivered I messaged them to say cause I personal had to buy the item before the maintenance to partially refund me the amount of the item that left the store and deliver the rest and that message was over well over 12 hours ago and still no reply to my message and about the rest of my order to be delivered. especially wen it’s been 5 days and another item will leave the store in less than a day UPDATE: finally got email confirmation at about 1 am today that the 1 item isnt available anymore, so i asked for refund back to payment method. even though i purchased 4 days before it would leave the store and received numerous live chats saying deliver would take 16 hours-24 then 24 to 36 hours and agent has been online in the live chat every day at some point and ive used live chat saying that it would leave, even on the monday live chat said they have crowns available 2-3 hours before maintenance still had to buy it myself. all the other items was delivered finally this morning
