This company used to be my favourite and go-to shop when it came to in-game items, and the delivery used to be superfast, but something has changed, my delivery is over 3 hours late (they stated it will be between 5-30 minutes delivery) and I get it, sometimes things get delayed and that's fine, but at least let us know there will be an expected delay! There is no customer support or help to get other than to wait for an email from them "within 12 hours". Joining their discord is useless, it's inactive (only some person posting pictures of half naked men?? ehh?? ) and no help to get there either. Going to sadly have to open a case with Paypal to get my money back. Really disappointed.
