I purchased a set for my son for our holiday which was a week away at time of order (Tuesday 31st March). I paid 5.99 for next day delivery. DPD tell Mr they are not delivering until Tuesday 7th April (after we leave). DPD inform this is because Itluggage didn't get them the parcel until 2nd April. They should not provide a next day service if it takes 2 days to ship to a couriers. Now my son does not have his luggage for our holiday and they have caused me a whole world of stress. Not a good service.
I hope they will refund the postage as I have suggested to customer service (email only) and I just hope the luggage is still outside my house when I return otherwise I'll have to request a full refund and go through more pain.
I'd say they are not to be trusted for last minute pre-holiday purchases.
