I have several sets of IT luggage as I had confidence in the brand quality and trusted their warranty policy. Until recently I never any problems with my luggage had a reason to complain.
I packed a new luggage set for a trip in November and only realised on unloading bags from the car at the airport before checking in that one of the bags had a crack at the base. I ended up utilizing the baggage wrap service at the airport to try and minimize continued damage. I submitted a warranty claim on the 18th of December with pictures of the bag and all the requisite details. I received an automated response that 1 would receive a response within 24-48hours. Its been months and I am yet to receive said response despite repeated follow up emails to the customer service team. I have failed to find a helpline number or any other way to get a response.
This has dented my confidence both in the quality of the products and in their customer service.
IT luggage indicated they have sent responses to my email addresses. I have checked my email including the spam box and not received anything from them. I am not sure where their emails are going to -but a response to my latest follow up email sent yesterday would ensure their response comes to the correct address that I frequently receive their promotional information.
