The Airport staff damaged the feet that the removable wheels fit in, so not much point going to the ItLuggage website to fill out a lengthy warranty form as it would be declined.
My grievence with ITLuggage is that it is impossible to get spare parts, even if you wanted to pay for them and have them delivered, customer services in the UK have limited parts only to be doled out for warranty claims, there is none to buy.
I am left with four suitcases costing around £300 which are useless.
My advice buy decent suitcases from Samsonite, Antler etc yes more expensive but you will be able to get spare parts without issues and in the long term they will last many many years.
