I would like to share my personal experience with this company. I had paid an advance for certain goods, but the items were not shipped to me. After I requested a refund, communication from the company stopped, and I am no longer receiving responses on WhatsApp. Based on my experience, I advise others to exercise caution and ensure you pay to this company only after getting your goods.
Warning : Scam alert !We placed order #A2400732 on 18/07/2024 for a WiFi bridge, reference AF60-LR, with this supplier. Following this order, a pro forma invoice (no. 101210) was sent to us, and we paid the amount of €1037 by bank transfer. We then received an order confirmation dated 23/07/2024, stating that delivery would take place within 6 to 8 days.However, despite numerous follow-ups, we have received no further communication, and our order has, of course, never been delivered.We have submitted the case to the authorities to assert our rights.They say they didn't exist in july 2024, but don't you find strange that they share the exact same name, email address, postal adress, and activity with our scammers ? How would we even know about them if we didn't have this issue ?We've sent numerous tracked letters that they received, emails, AND we've been in contact with their online chat, which stopped answering our messages as soon as we started asking for a refund.They're obviously lying, I mean, why would we even want to discredit a foreign company, if we never had any contact with them ? Update :They busted their previous company in december 2024 and created a new one, so they don't have ton honor their commitments. So I stand my ground, they're scammers. Our contacts that I cited in a previous comment, still work there. I keep any information available to anyone who will need it.They've kept on trying to take my review down, but TrustPilot confirmed that my comment wasn't defamatory, TWICE, since we had proof that the previous company that scammed us was the same, as the one they re-opened had almost the same name, and the same informations (same address, same staff, etc). They succeeded taking my review down the third time because I had given the names of every person we were in contact with, who still work in the new company. Why would they have flagged my comment for giving personal informations, if it was a brand new company with a new staff ?? See ? I'm not lying !Update following their answer :Stop pretending you're a totally different business ! In my previous review, I listed all the names that we were in contact with in the so-called "other company", and you flagged it because it gave private informations. Those people that wer were in contact with, were the exact same ones that still work in the new company. You're fooling no one. I keep the names and info available to anyone who's interested, justice, fooled clients, anyone.My comment is in no way defamatory, we've been scammed by you.By the way, I wrote to you a week ago or so (Company name : Entela) by chat, and the guy that answered said it was "in process". So, why would a new company say that our refund is on the way, whereas anonymous you, whoever you are, keep saying that it's a brand new company that has no ties with the former one (while they have the same name, same staff and same address) ? Flag my review as you want, I'll keep posting, the people deserve to know.
SCAMMERSS! These are scammers. We previously ordered something from this company, but they do not deliver. They keep stringing you along, saying it’s coming, but they will never deliver. Be careful! Do not buy anything here. SCAMMERS! The comments below are also fake! You can tell because they were all created around the same time.
