I am a property owner who worked with iTrip Tampa, managed by Kathie Wild, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. After repeated failures to meet contractual obligations, Kathie Wild was terminated for material breach of contract.Despite multiple written requests on September 18 and September 25, 2025, iTrip Tampa has failed to provide the itemized receipts, invoices, and refunds that I am legally entitled to. This ongoing failure reflects a serious lack of cooperation, transparency, and accountability in their business practices.Conversations are not remembered, properties are rented out for less than the agreed amount, and unsubstantiated charges appear on owner invoices. I was repeatedly asked to perform management tasks myself because Kathie lived in St. Petersburg and could not properly service the Tampa properties she was being paid to manage. In addition, I experienced verbal abuse when calling during emergencies. On one occasion, she admitted she had “slept through” while on call; on another, she said she was “on a boat trying to relax,” with no backup in place for urgent matters. To make matters worse, iTrip Tampa charges among the highest management fees of any short-term rental company I interviewed, yet delivers one of the poorest levels of service and professionalism.I am posting this review to warn other property owners and to urge iTrip Corporate to investigate their Tampa franchise for serious operational and ethical concerns.
