I would like to give this rating ZERO stars but that's not an option.Where do I begin because our entire stay was horrible From the minute we got to 624 Ratoon North Beach Plantation, North Myrtle Beach there were issues. I will list each and every one of them.1. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are listened as Queen beds. They were both full size beds.2. No extra sheets for pullout couch therefore I had to remove the top sheet from the master bed and place it on the pullout mattress. 3. Comforter from master bedroom had yellow stains. It was never replaced from previous rental..it was disgusting.4. Master bathroom - the shower was clogged and almost over flowed. My husband located the drain was full of hair and soap scum and whatever else, therefore the shower drain was never cleaned. 5. The enclosed porch was never swept or cleaned. There were cob webs around the perimeter of the room and debris from outside. 6. I found a cigarette butt on the outdoor patio. Obviously this was never cleaned either.7. The Mr. Coffee pot was never cleaned from previous renters and mold was growing on the bottom of the pot and where the coffee grids were. I texted Management and was accussed that for all he knew, those coffee grinds were mine. 8. The hair dryer in the master bathroom began to smoke and then turned off. I notified Itrip Management via text and requested another hair dryer and was told I would have to wait until the next day. That didn't help me because my hair was wet. The directions on the refrigerator indicated to TEXT Itrip with any issues as long as it was before 9pm. My request was made way before 9pm.9. The oven mitt and pot holder were filthy. They were never washed or replaced with clean ones. I took pictures of these issues and texted them to Itrip Management.I was informed that the place is CLEANED and then INSPECTED prior to the next renters coming in. Obviously as you can see by my list of issues, the INSPECTION was never done. I requested some sort of credit from Itrips and was told "that's not happening" Whoever I was dealing with at Itrips was rude and wouldn't take a call when I tried calling. It went to voicemail but the voicemail was full. I then recieved a text stating "Text only"I would never, ever use Itrip again for any rental property. Luckily I knew the owner of another rental property at North Beach Plantation who knew the owners of this property and she was able to contact the owner to inform them of these issues. Itrip Managment was rude and condescending and should be fired. If you're looking for a rental and it's listed with Itrips, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. All I asked for was a credit for these issues. I didn't ask for a refund. DO NOT USE ITRIPS FOR ANY RETALS.*********************************************REPLY FROM iTRIPS REPLY FROM MANAGEMENT TO MY REVIEW****Read their reply first*******You're trying to justify all the WRONGS that we experienced but you didn't mention every single one....I AM COMPLETELY, 100% RIGHT. I would never use iTrips ever again no matter where I go. I have used VRBO and AirBnB and I have never experienced these kind of issues, ever.. Not to mention the being accused of things such as leaving coffee in the coffee pot, which was why there was mold. I am going to contact the neighbors I know nextdoor and make sure they tell them to use someone else for their booking company/cleaning company. You didn't even give the courtesy of some type of CREDIT for ALL of the things that went wrong. Paying over 2700.00 for a rental with all of the things that went wrong, I would have expected 10% credit.
