The worst insurance experience of my life! We are new homeowners and had unknowingly been dropped by our insurance company because covered it received a letter stating the company needed information on ages of things in the home. We had NO idea about this until the company mailed our annual premium back to us. It’s been a nightmare getting new insurance and to beat all we have been charged DOUBLE annual premium because of the drop due to their negligence! Would never use them or recommend.
