They promised a strong pool of potential matches, but that turned out not to be true.After signing up, I asked for a refund early because of concerns with how they operate. Instead, I was reassigned to a new matchmaker who took more than two weeks to respond. Over the next two months, I had no dates and no meaningful communication.Their customer service is unhelpful and dismissive. This company does not deliver what it sells, and I feel their practices are misleading. I regret trusting them and hope others avoid making the same mistake.
