Customer service and marketing has been excellent, there’s no complaint about that. I also won this device as a giveaway but had to pay for the pricey custom fees. This 1 star review is simply for the faulty product, the Quinn, which stopped working 6 months in. Struggled to keep it turned off when I needed it to (embarrassing night where I buried it under towels to let the battery run out) and then after that it didn’t turn back on again despite following charging instructions. I didn’t reach out in time for my warranty replacement - again, I won this in a giveaway so unsure what I was entitled to. The short life span is really disappointing for such an expensive product and the low rating is to hold the company accountable for its products.
