Normal is now one of my favourite brands. The advertising, website, courses and, of course toys are all to the highest standard and so creative and inclusive. Even when I did had issues with the product I was met with outstanding customer service and immediately sent a replacement. I love the product design, including the reusable bags (the writing inside is genius) and the inclusivity of your socials and the language used is so amazing. Can’t wait to continue supporting this brand and seeing what’s to come in the future!
