Please someone help me. I bought Billie a couple of months ago and it was perfect. But I can’t seem to use it after I charge it. I emailed the company and they sent me a new one but the same thing happened: it shows that it’s charging (i.e the red flashing light is on) but after two hours when I unplug it, the buzzing is quite soft and I can’t feel any vibration. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I like this product a lot but I don’t know what to do. I’ve charged it multiple times (even left it charging all night), I’ve held the charger for two hours making sure it’s fully inserted… I don’t know if it’s me or the charging cable, or the products itself. Other then that, such a good product.. when it works.
