Just love the way the Normal folks communicate, and the vibe they have achieved within the website. They have taken the time to create a very “non-generic” experience (if that makes sense). They are obviously starting small (in terms of the shop), but the well curated offerings are a sensible beginning, not overwhelming. I haven’t yet looked deeper into the other services they have on offer, but this as well looks to be very helpful to those that perhaps are looking to explore things and need support to feel comfortable in their journey. These folks don’t look to have dumbed down anything in their approach to their clients, which IMO says an awful lot.
