My story: trial, refund, and good customer service.

I recently got my refund. So for this review I’ll just post what I sent in my email: Review on QUINN:Some small critiques to mention; as someone with A chronic illness and high risk of UTIs, the design of the head really makes me nervous. As the little hole does not allow for proper cleaning. I can’t reach those areas behind the hole, and therefore it’s likely for bacteria to grow. And I won’t be able to see it. The suction part of the design is also, in my opinion, a bit small. And since the suction part of it is a 2-3 millimetre across hole, it doesn’t reach its full “sucking” potential. And mostly feels like a light vibration. Not nearly as strong as my other toy of similar type. The vibration option is not right. I can only feel it strongest in my hand, and not on the actual part it should be on (the clit). It’s strong for sure! But in the wrong place. My hand went numb after a few minutes because that’s where the vibe is; in my hand, and not at the head. With the packaging, it was very loose. And was not “sealed” in any way. Which made me fear about who was touching it before hand. It didn’t feel safe. The one thing about opening a new toy is it should feel sterile and clean. Since the packaging had no level of guaranteed seal, it didn’t feel sterile. Some pros: the colour and size is really cute! And I like the idea of having a vibration and sucking toy in one! But the design of the head and vibration need improving. The charger type is very clever and useful, and I love the packaging design it came in. The bag was also a great idea and was appreciated. The teams customer service is very good. And they replied to my email quickly when I asked for a refund. The refund has been received and they made the entire process very easy. The 3 stars is because of the good points listed above. I’m very grateful for this experience. I may return in the future to try again.
