i genuinely love the aesthetics and incentives of this company but i ordered a frankie and a couple more items around 6 days ago and the normal team said it will be around a week for me to get notices about shipping, ive tried emailing the team twice but i still havent gotten back any reply.I dont have any updates and i cant contact the team pls help.......... i just wanna talk 😭update: i got notice that shipping IS on its way but still the way the customer service team ghosted me was kinda nerve wrecking
