AVOID - Currently in talks with OfGem and ICO for breaking serious data breaches. IUA fraudulently set up an account with NPOWER copying my signatures onto documents I knew nothing about... management are totally unaware of what their employees are up to..no accountability... measly £100 goodwill gesture? No thanks I'll be going down the legal route! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Extra note after IUA's reply: My signature was digitally time stamped and dated on a LOA giving no permission, the same signature was copied onto another LOA with the same time and date stamp giving full permission. Is this not fraudulent activity? Your employee also signed contracts on my behalf and did not inform me? This is more than just a "acceptance issue"! IUA were only aware when I informed them and not before ! Employees are still working there who have failed to report Data Breaches to the ICO..all kept extremely quiet.. not good enough! All emails including the signed contract forms and copied signatures are currently with ICO and OFGEM. Damage IUA's online Presence? I'm letting the unsuspecting public know of your company's lack of accountability! This case is far from resolved!
