Received a call, said i was willing for them to look into to get a price on utilities. After that received x5 other calls from various people at IUA asking for same service i'd already accepted.Had another arranged call with someone to explain our requirements. Was told he would email a quote but didn't.His colleague was then to call me with quote but instead was more concerned with what quotes i'd had so far so they could beat it. I said no, I just want best price, so give me best price that they could. He said would email quote but that they could do between xx-xxp.Never received quote, chased it up and was told they could not do the quote i was after of xx-xxp, even though i never gave them the price, they gave me the price.Complete cowboys.
