Terrible experience from this company . Been trying to sort out a contract change but because we cannot contact the current energy supplier through no fault of our own ( the current supplier only deals with the account holder and we have no access to the previous account holder details ) independant utility is now charging us for not being able to switch suppliers via their highly aggressive solicitor firm. They are charging us for several thousand pounds for an energy supplier we cannot switch to !! Terrible customer service and straight to threatening emails without trying to resolve . Will be taking this further with the ombudsman as I cannot believe this company can get away with charging for a service they cannot deliver . Other companies I’ve dealt with that offer a similar service have depts that deal with complications but this company just go legal . Avoid at all costs and let’s see how they get on with the ombudsman when they investigate our complaint
