I deposited $20.75 (₹1900 INR) on 15 December 2025 at 10:23. The payment was completed successfully. Despite this, the amount is still not credited and remains pending.
I have provided ALL screenshots and complete proof of payment clearly showing a successful transaction. Even after submitting every required document, the broker continues to claim they have not received the money.
My bank and payment providers have already confirmed that the transaction was successful from their end, which means the issue is entirely on the broker’s side. Instead of resolving it, they are denying receipt and pushing responsibility away.
This behavior is unacceptable for any broker. Holding client funds, ignoring proof, and refusing to credit or refund the money is a serious red flag. Because of this, I suffered financial inconvenience and missed trading opportunities.
