This has been the most disappointing product and service I have ever encountered. I used the item for a month, and the only result was constant discomfort. After reaching out multiple times, I finally received a response regarding my refund request. Despite asking to cancel, I continued to receive shipments. I've tried to contact them again several times recently without any response, yet payments are still being deducted. The company seems to lack a proper address and contact number, which has added to my frustration. This has been a very stressful experience; I would strongly advise against using this service.
