This company is very unprofessional. They will blackmail you into deleting negative reviews by leaving bad reviews on your business. They did this to me and when I wouldn’t delete this one (left as very poor service regarding Dermapen 4) they cancelled my account with them. Just as well because the Dermapen 4 broke after 4 uses anyway! You can keep it!The comments on social media that you state below were made by many people within a closed group of disgruntled customers - you must have a spy! Happy to be no longer associated with you
