I’m very disappointed with this experience. I ordered several 2400 vapes for store collection and received confirmation that the parcel had been accepted by DPD. However, shortly after, I was notified that the parcel was being returned to the sender.After contacting DPD directly, I was informed that this was due to the parcel weight being incorrectly declared by the sender, meaning the courier could not accept the delivery.This situation has caused unnecessary delays and significant inconvenience on my end. I would appreciate a clear explanation, along with a prompt resolution to ensure my order is correctly processed and delivered as soon as possible.Unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved for over a week, during which I had to repeatedly follow up just to receive updates. Due to the lack of progress, I eventually had to request a refund.Based on this experience, I would advise others to consider purchasing these products through alternative sellers that offer more reliable and responsive customer service.
