Brought an IVG smart 5500 from my local premier shop like normal unfortunately it wasn’t working so contacted IVG customer services who straight away ordered a replacement vape to be delivered to my home address after I send pictures of the vape i had brought that wasn’t working so m very impressed with how quick they resolved the issue as I was a little unsure of what help they would offer.
