Here’s my experience with this company… I purchased an IVG2400 that ran out of battery before I could use all the cartridges and thought it may be a one off. Unfortunately the second one I purchased had the same issue. My two emails to the company were never replied too so I decided to call them. The lady who answered said I needed to provide proof of purchase which I couldn’t do as I’d purchased them from a sweet shop and only the name of the shop shows on my debit card statement. The fact that I was willing to send them to IVG was completely ignored. I put it down to a bad experience and after seeing a review that stated the battery issue had now been fixed, I decided to order 2 IVG2400 vapes directly from their website. More fool me. It can’t be argued that their flavours are second to none yet the battery issue is definitely on going. Both batteries ran out before I could completely use all four pods. Judging by other comments, this is obviously an on going issue and the people who suffer are we, the customers. This company fails to understand the basic principal of customer retention. We don’t want excuses or anything for free, we just want what we have paid for in good faith. I’m going to call them tomorrow and will update this review in due course, though I won’t be holding my breath.
